Master Cylinder Brake Line Adapter Kit for MM Manual
Brake Conversion

Includes the brake hard lines and adapter fittings to install the MM Manual Brake Conversion Kit MMBAK-10 in a 1979-86 5.0L Mustang. The MM Manual Brake Conversion Kit relocates the brake master cylinder to a position 6.5" closer to the firewall because the power booster is eliminated. This new position requires changes to the brake hard lines. This adapter kit helps installation of the 1994-95 Cobra master cylinder. Fits both the stock brake proportioning valve/junction block, as well as the MM Proportioning Valve/Distribution Block Eliminator Kit MMBAK-6.

This adapter kit is required when installing a 1994-95 Cobra Mustang master cylinder into a 1987-93 Mustang. The MMBAK-8 uses only high pressure rated fittings and lines that are designed for use in automotive brake systems. No cutting or flaring of brake lines is needed with this kit.

The MMBAK-8 kit allows installing a 1994-95 Cobra Mustang master cylinder in a 1987-93 Mustang with either the stock location proportioning valve, or with the MMBAK-6 Proportioning Valve Eliminator Kit. It provides brake lines (with the proper fittings on each end) that fit the master cylinder while retaining the rest of the vehicle's stock brake line routing.
